Responsibilities
Refine AI models to enhance fluency in human language
Align AI-generated content with company tone and business goals
Catalog AI responses and report performance insights to engineering teams
Build and maintain a prompt library with syntax guidelines and best practices
Design and maintain conversational AI systems for engaging user experiences
Optimize prompts for better LLM outcomes and participate in NLP activities
Architect GenAI solutions and promote engineering standards
Evaluate and implement AI tools and models using Python and open-source tech
Collaborate with leadership to identify AI opportunities and drive strategy
Conduct training sessions on model development and interaction principles
Monitor and improve prompt performance and system efficiency
Stay current with AI, NLP, and ML trends and tools
Support content and product teams with engineering best practices
Generate and share performance and development reports
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience in AI, NLP, and LLMs or related fields
2+ years of programming experience in Python or R
Background in computer science, AI, or related disciplines
Familiarity with data structures, formats, and modeling
Ability to write clear instructions for NLP models
Strong command of English and linguistic nuance
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and data analytics
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Bonus: Experience in software engineering, library science, or data science
