Monitor resources to ensure effective utilization and plan for future capacity needs

Experience: 2-4 years in IT; 2 years in development using one coding language or framework
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation skills for developing knowledge-based articles
Preferred
Strong communication skills, comfortable leading troubleshooting with customers and vendors
Strong team player with multi-tasking abilities
Experience with infrastructure architectures
