Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (English & Punjabi)
Bobtail is dedicated to increasing happiness by eliminating inefficiencies in the supply chain. The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the inspection and testing of Bobtail's services to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of Bobtails services to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as Onboarding, Retention and Buyout Specialist environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
Analyze and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Qualification
Required
Up to 1 year in a QA role at a SaaS company
3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales/ customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in both languages: Punjabi and English
Salesforce is a MUST
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
In-depth understanding of industry standards, company policies and services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
