They are seeking an Insulation Technician to install insulation, ensure safety, and lead a team while providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities

Install insulation to create comfortable homes

Comply with expectations regarding safety, vehicles, and equipment

Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

Communicate openly with team, be coachable, and keep learning

Participate in our rotational, emergency-response program

If serving as Crew Leader, work alongside team, ensure work is done as expected, communicate with customer, ensure safety, and develop more leaders

Qualification

Insulation experienceMechanical aptitudeHand-held toolsLeadership skillsMath aptitude

Required

High school diploma/GED plus experience with insulation/restoration/construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry)

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record; lives within 25 miles of our facility

Has demonstrated leadership skills

Has mechanical/math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held tools and software programs

Ability to repair and maintain equipment is desirable

Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
