Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programs to ensure consistent process knowledge and best practices across plants
Lead new product launches by establishing, validating, and optimizing molding processes for efficiency and repeatability
Support equipment qualifications and re‑validations for molding machines, tools, and auxiliary systems
Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise as the escalation point for complex processing challenges, ensuring effective resolution
Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Quality standards while maintaining flexibility to meet operational demands across shifts

Required

Experienced in new product launches, material qualifications, and manufacturing process development, validation, and troubleshooting
