IMCS Group is one of the fastest growing MWBE staffing firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials to provide L2/L3 support and manage configurations. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, and aligning business requirements with functional solutions.

Responsibilities

Handle L2/L3 support tickets, diagnose complex functional/technical issues, and provide timely resolutions
Triage and prioritize critical issues, escalating to Oracle Support when necessary
Log and manage Oracle SRs, tracking bugs and patches
Assist with ongoing configuration of workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, and security
Support minor changes and regression testing for quarterly updates (PUM/PUPs)
Maintain configurations in production/preview environments
Answer "how-to" questions, guide users on navigation, and interpret results
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Develop and maintain support documentation (FAQs, SOPs, guides)
Translate business requirements into functional solutions
Analyze log/trace files to resolve complex problems
Recommend best practices and continuous improvements

Required

10+ years' experience in implementing and supporting core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses)
Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (SaaS)
Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; familiarity with SQL, BI Publisher
Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently or in a team
Ability to work with both onshore and offshore teams
