Ferrero is one of the world’s largest sweet-packaged food companies, and they are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the financial reporting of their North America industrial business. The role involves ensuring the integrity of financial statements, supporting audits, and performing quantitative analysis of financial data.

Responsibilities

Ensure integrity and validity of financial statement information with detailed review of accounts for appropriate cutoff and validity of information

Support external and internal audit execution and completion

Support necessary changes with policies and procedures to support accounting methodologies and compliance objectives

Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data and investigate discrepancies to support all areas of the Company

Complete monthly and year end activities in a timely manner and within company deadlines including GL account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, leadership presentations, and intercompany alignment analysis

Oversee royalty programs with our Brand Managers to ensure accurate royalty reporting and on-time payments of royalties owed

Identify opportunities for simplification and automation in current financial processes and systems

Support and in some cases perform counts of inventory and fixed assets at the facilities across the U.S
