Applies government rules to present cases to programs like SSA, DCF, SSI, Medicare, and Disability

Communicates effectively with patients to ensure understanding of health program processes

Meets patients or representatives in designated locations to apply for financial assistance programs, explaining eligibility, application, and verification requirements

Facilitates the application process by assisting with forms, scheduling interviews, and obtaining verifications
