They are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations for complex commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while managing on-site teams.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical projects

Supervise and coordinate field labor including apprentices, journeymen, foremen, and subcontractors

Enforce production plans, manpower loading, and workflow sequencing

Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Project Management, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades

Champion Enterprise Electrical's 'Safety First, Safety Always' culture

Conduct daily safety meetings, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site audits

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and local authority codes

Proactively identify and mitigate jobsite risks

Interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics

Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, equipment staging, and subcontractor activities

Monitor progress against schedule and proactively address field challenges

Maintain daily reports, field logs, and production tracking using approved software platforms

Travel extensively to active job sites nationwide, including overnight and extended assignments

Support startup, ramp-up, and critical project phases as assigned

Adapt quickly to new sites, teams, and project condition
