Responsibilities
Build next generation technology for the warfighter
Perform a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment
Working in a cleanroom environment
Performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners
Using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with wire sleeving, solder, and bonding materials
Use precision torque tools, solder, repair and/or inspect electric and mechanical systems
Pass certifications
Work limited overtime when needed
Cross-train for other areas
Engaged with daily production activities that drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and schedule performance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Experience working with minimal supervision
Self-Motivated
Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required
Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school, secondary school, or equivalent
Preferred
Ability to train others in assembly processes once certified
Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar
Technical certificate or Associates degree is preferred
