The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring the daily activities of a clinic run smoothly and efficiently, while leading a high-performance clinical team and collaborating on growth strategies.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the company's adopted mission and core values
Collaborate with leadership on the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team
Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and stakeholder
Ensure proper training for team members
Verify adherence to the timely documentation process
Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies
Work alongside management to ensure company finances are in order, including approval of all department expenses and budgets
Oversee and manage the safety of employees and clients
Conduct tours of the facility as needed
Stay in communication with referral sources and families
Collaborate with leadership on compliance and quality assurance projects
Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Work with the clinical team to facilitate crisis intervention
Ensure adherence to medication policy and procedure
Work to reduce and minimize missed client services
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial performance
Ability to provide day-to-day leadership and management
Expertise in developing, communicating, and implementing growth strategies and processes
Ability to motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team
Experience in client-care management
Knowledge of training processes for team members
Understanding of documentation processes
Experience with compliance and licensing requirements
Ability to manage company finances, including department expenses and budgets
Knowledge of employee and client safety protocols
Experience in conducting facility tours
Ability to maintain communication with referral sources and families
Experience in compliance and quality assurance projects
Ability to maintain reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Experience in crisis intervention
Knowledge of medication policy and procedure
Ability to work towards reducing missed client services
