Founding Customer Success Manager
Propel is an early-stage, AI-first enterprise SaaS company focused on building a marketing compliance platform for large organizations. They are seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales customer journey, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and renewal for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Own onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for Fortune 500 clients with six-figure contract values
Drive product adoption and ongoing value across complex enterprise accounts
Translate legal and compliance requirements into clear, practical product use cases
Partner closely with Product and Engineering as the voice of the customer
Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals within existing accounts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing and growing enterprise customers with six-figure ACVs
Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder groups and procurement processes
Experience working in high-growth startup environments
Commercially minded, customer-focused and comfortable working in ambiguity
Preferred
Background in LegalTech, compliance, or working with legal teams is a strong advantage
