Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive security programs (e.g., physical, personnel, cyber, and intelligence) for cable landing stations, defining program scope, budget, and deliverables in line with global policy
Oversee all physical security measures, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security technologies (e.g., access control and surveillance). while managing security personnel (e.g., contract guards/local teams)
Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses, managing the vulnerability life-cycle from identification to remediation while developing and enforcing procedures to mitigate identified threats
Lead security investigations and incident response, supporting the ISO 27001 ISMS development and track program performance for continuous improvement
Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement and intelligence agencies, communicating threats to stakeholders and deliver security awareness training

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Security field
10 years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder programs and projects
7 years of experience in security management, with 5 years of experience in critical infrastructure protection, risk assessment, and actionable threat analysis
Experience with intelligence services or telecom security (especially submarine cables), and familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/NIST), cybersecurity threats, and security certifications (e.g., CISSP/CISM)
Ability to implement and develop security protocols, procedures, and training programs
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
