Bastion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer/FPGA Designer and Verification Engineer to support the space program. The role involves ASIC and FPGA development, verification expertise, and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Responsible for ASIC & FPGA development on R&D program
Engineer will be a verification UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) expert
Provide support and technical directions to junior engineers

Qualification
Required
This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status due to the sensitivity of customer related information
Must have a bachelor's degree in the field of electrical engineering
Must have 11+ years of recent and related work experience
Experience verifying FPGA and/or ASIC designs including creating UVM verification environments, test benches, tests and coverage
Experience developing more affordable ways to automate and develop verification scripts to improve FPGA verification efforts
Experience with Cross discipline collaboration with RTL Designers, Systems Architects, RF/Analog & Digital Circuit designers and ASIC/FPGA engineers to create leading edge products for future business growth, contributing to complex systems employing high speed networking concepts
Ability to contribute to simulation, verification, integration & test of complex, high speed products
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS

Able to follow company programs, processes, procedures, practices, requirements, goals, and objectives
Must be organized with good time management skills and must be able to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements
Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time) and may require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time)
Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical
