Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors through networking, outreach, and exceptional service delivery
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings as a brand ambassador
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support acquisition of new clients
Lead, motivate, and mentor local team members to build a high-performing, positive, and collaborative work environment
Manage team workload, allocate resources, provide coaching, and conduct performance tracking
Foster staff development through targeted guidance and consistent feedback
Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and schedules
Monitor project profitability, resource planning, and overall performance
Collaborate with program management and business development teams to support strategic growth initiatives
Contribute technical leadership to environmental projects, including: Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and due diligence activities, Planning, conducting, or overseeing soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations, Remedial action planning, implementation, and oversight, Proposal preparation, cost estimation, technical reporting, and quality review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline
10+ years of environmental consulting or project experience aligned with the responsibilities above
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proven ability to build client relationships and initiate conversations with new stakeholders
Demonstrated understanding of environmental regulations applicable to industrial, energy, agricultural, and commercial sectors
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
