They are seeking an experienced Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring demand during Q1–Q2 2026, responsible for executing core recruiting activities and managing deliverables with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates for priority roles
Conducting initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
Coordinating interview scheduling and supporting a positive candidate experience
Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and providing weekly recruiting updates
Partnering with hiring managers and People Operations on intake alignment, feedback, and next steps
Supporting offer coordination and closing logistics in partnership with People Operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or high-growth environments
Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions end-to-end
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other professional networks
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
Familiarity with Bamboo ATS and Google Suite Tools
Preferred
Experience recruiting both technical and customer-facing roles
