University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Clinical Case Manager for the Family Access Center for Excellence (FACE) in Boone County, Missouri. Responsibilities

Implement evidence-based needs assessments to youth and/or their families as well as conduct suicide risk screeners as needed

Provide intensive case management services to support families in overcoming any barriers to connecting and accessing desired community resources that meet their specific needs

Participate in outreach, prevention, and/or training efforts in the community

Support graduate practicum students re: training and/or supervision

Participate in ongoing efforts to obtain and/or maintain professional licensure and/or development

Required

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

At least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired

Preferred

Masters level, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field

Experience working in community settings, implementing evidence-based assessment and interventions, and coordinating clinical services for youth
