Responsibilities
Analyst Intermediate possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs, evaluate project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic direction
The Analyst Intermediate will perform analyst functions including:
Data collection
Interviewing
Data modeling
Research
Other analyst duties as assigned, including support for surveying efforts
Conduct activities in support of project team's objectives and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communications skills
Analyst Intermediates work closely with senior program and other project team members
Analyst Intermediates additional duties may include use of tools, analysis, budgeting, cost control, statistical process control, risk modeling and analysis
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs
Experience in data collection
Experience in interviewing
Experience in data modeling
Experience in research
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Familiarity with financial systems
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to prepare and make group/executive presentations
Resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in goal/task accomplishment with minimal supervision
Ability to meet planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Experience using Microsoft 365 including Word and PowerPoint
Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, including Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas
Experience integrating SharePoint and Excel for real-time data analysis with advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables
High School Diploma, or equivalent
