The Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
Assist in renovation projects Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community
Qualification
Required
Must have your own tools
1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
Work well in a team environment
Have a strong work ethic
Be reliable and dependable
