Responsibilities

Work closely with the Enterprise Team and Practice Leader when needed for new business acquisition

Support Enterprise team colleagues in delivering day to day Administration services to the broad portfolio of clients

Understand potential client business issues, needs and expectations and identify an appropriate risk profile to deliver effective insurance solutions for new clients

In collaboration with the Enterprise Team Leader, work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards

Provide day to day on new business enquiries including invoicing, issue of cover notes, and documentation within the agreed time scales

Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and client teams to provide best in class service

Prepare comprehensive new business submissions and conduct thorough risk marketing exercise to effectively present clients’ needs and secure optimal insurance solutions

Drive the growth of our Enterprise Scheme business by selling additional products and services to existing clients, thereby enhancing their coverage and strengthening client relationships

Support Enterprise Team Leader and colleagues with project work and other work where required

Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understand and comply with all corporate procedures, compliance and professional standards, to better serve our clients

Relevant insurance experience

Ability to work at a fast pace and ability to keep up with Task Management Systems (diary systems)

Minimum Qualification: Commercial CIP

Excellent IT Skills (including Excel and Word)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities

Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others

Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment

Preferred

Previous property, liability, or commercial experience would also be advantageous although not essential, as full training will be provided

Ability to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and suggest ways of improvement

Working towards or fully qualified ACII
