Human Resources College Aide
The City of New York is seeking a Human Resources College Aide to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Division. This role offers hands-on experience in HR by collaborating with various HR teams and contributing to day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities
Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects, such as conducting research, preparing presentations, and analyzing data
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining internal records, databases, Excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with updating policy and bulletin documents
Support with the new hire onboarding process by verifying applicant details such as employment, education, and dates
Assist with the performance management and review process
Perform and complete special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school. Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school
For Assignment Level II (Information Technology): Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school. Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school with a specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or closely related field, including or supplemented by 9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study
For Assignment Level III (Information Technology Fellow): Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school. Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school with a specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or other area relevant to the information technology project(s) assigned, including or supplemented by 9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study
