Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4 Fulfillment Specialists
Manage daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, lead-time management, replenishment management, monitoring shipping and delivery times, customer survey analysis, and detractor analysis
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with sales, sales support, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
Monitor KPIs such as order to ship times, on-time delivery, and customer promise dates as well as doing thorough detractor analysis on these KPI’s
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the fulfillment process
Lead and mentor the team to achieve performance goals and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics management
Strong knowledge of ERP platforms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel
