Responsibilities

Digitize and securely store approximately 800 Justice Center Code of Conduct forms by scanning them into a designated shared folder

Maintain accurate records of scanned forms in a spreadsheet and track receipt of signed forms

Follow up with managers to obtain missing or unsigned forms in a timely manner

Review employee records to verify active or inactive status based on organizational data

Organize active employee records alphabetically by company for streamlined access

Sort inactive employee records alphabetically by company to ensure systematic filing

Enhance operational efficiency by updating and organizing employee filing systems

Provide back-office support to ensure compliance with organizational standards

Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies in record management

Required

Proven experience in scanning and digitizing documents with attention to detail
