Responsibilities
Set up, organize crews to complete scheduled trenching, underground placement of fiber & coax, vaults, and cable installations
Read complex splicing install prints to test, certify, and document cable installations
Troubleshoot and repair minor technical problems with careful attention to detail and great communication skills
Safely perform duties both inside and outside of the plant, using appropriate safety equipment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct or related experience
Willingness to submit to a background and drug screening upon hire
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
CDL-A is required
Must be willing to travel
Preferred
Experience leading a team
Telecom certifications would be a plus
Above-average customer service and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
