Proven experience working directly with homeowners
Manage subcontractors and trade partners
Manage jobsite schedules and logistics
Manage deliveries, materials, and coordination
Maintain cleanliness, dust control, and surface protection
Exhibit strong situational awareness and accountability
Demonstrate strong character and judgment
Perform frame-to-finish residential remodeling and additions carpentry
Execute structural modifications (removing walls, installing beams)
Make window and door changes
Handle kitchens, finish carpentry, and millwork installation
Perform exterior trim and siding as project scope allows
Understand the full remodeling lifecycle even when not self-performing all scopes
Qualification
Required
High-end residential remodeling experience (multiple relevant projects required)
Craftsman, leader, and communicator
Proven experience working directly with homeowners
Strong values, integrity, and professionalism
Ability to manage: Subcontractors and trade partners
Ability to manage: Jobsite schedules and logistics
Ability to manage: Deliveries, materials, and coordination
Ability to manage: Cleanliness, dust control, and surface protection
Strong situational awareness and accountability
Strong character and judgment
Frame-to-finish residential remodeling and additions carpentry
Interior remodeling work including: Structural modifications (removing walls, installing beams)
Interior remodeling work including: Window and door changes
Interior remodeling work including: Kitchens, finish carpentry, and millwork installation
Interior remodeling work including: Exterior trim and siding may be performed depending on project scope
Candidate must understand the full remodeling lifecycle even when not self-performing all scopes
Typical successful candidates have 15–25+ years of experience
Preferred
Bilingual: Spanish or Portuguese
Long tenure in high-end residential remodeling environments
Prior experience acting as the sole onsite representative
