Responsibilities

Manages grant reporting relationship with USDA and related external partners to process Advancing Markets for Producers award, including documentation of activities and dollars spent

Works with team members and external partners to define, document, assemble, and update key data sets related to sustainability

Assists in maintaining an auditable mass-balance data tracking system for sales associated with sustainability attributes

Assists Member Relations and Sustainability teams to collectively reach Climate-Smart Commodities project objectives

Drives company sustainability program management with Stewardship Team through identifying and tracking progress against annual program milestones

Executes and supports activities towards implementing the broader stewardship program goals and plans

Assists in the development of company sustainability reporting by:

Supporting internal and external communication partners with key data and narratives

Coordinating data collection for the formal annual sustainability report from internal teams and experts as needed

Collecting, writing, and editing narrative accounts to enhance and illustrate company sustainability storytelling beyond raw data

Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Works to accommodate requests for things such as training, projects, and other topics that arise
