Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

Answer phones and accurately schedule appointments

Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage and facial therapy

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Promote a positive, energetic atmosphere

Perform various other duties as assigned

Knowledge of Microsoft windows and Zenoti (will train)

Able to communicate effectively with team members as well as clients

Ability to multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest experience
