Responsibilities

Design and optimize scalable data pipelines for security monitoring and ensuring exceptional service reliability

Develop, test, and deploy modules for automated threat generation and simulation to identify gaps in existing security controls

Implement advanced, security-focused detection logic to combat new and evolving attack vectors targeting our core products

Maintain system health, participate in on-call rotations, and rapidly resolve production issues with a deep security mindset

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience with software development or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting

2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture

Experience in one or more of the following: back-end, build infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, cloud security, cyber security, cyber threat intelligence

Experience in one or more of these programming languages as a back-end engineer: Java, Go

Experience in one or more of these programming languages as an ML engineer: Java, Go, Python

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields

3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, demonstrating expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality, production-grade code

Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems/real-time data processing pipelines

Experience with ML and AI security

Understanding of common security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors (e.g., OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK framework)

Passion for cybersecurity, particularly threat detection, security monitoring, or incident response
