Jackson James is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Sage X3 ERP solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end Sage X3 implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
Configure Sage X3 modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices
Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP-driven improvements
Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation
Implement and support one or more Sage X3 modules, such as:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
Distribution & Supply Chain
Manufacturing (BOM, MRP, Production)
Purchasing & Inventory
Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation
Support reporting and dashboards using Sage X3 tools
Collaborate with technical teams on:
Customizations
Integrations with third-party systems
Workflow and automation
Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
Troubleshoot functional and system issues post-implementation
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
Deliver user training and create training materials
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization recommendations
Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions clearly

Strong functional knowledge of Sage X3 modules
Hands-on configuration experience with Sage X3
Ability to guide clients through best practices
Experience in change management
Post-go-live support experience
