Responsibilities

Provide support to staff in the Office of Assessment and Accountability in the College of Education (COE)
Support daily management of correspondence (e.g., email, phone calls) and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Enter information into technological platforms and assist students, faculty, and staff with operations
Assist Associate Dean, Director, and staff with collecting and analyzing/maintaining data and creating and distributing reports/presentations
Assist with planning and coordinating meetings and events
Assist with gathering and submitting travel documents
Answer multi-line phones and transfer and direct phone calls
Maintain office supply inventory, prepare documents, and assist with various office projects
