Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to shape and execute brand and portfolio strategies that deliver growth, profitability, and long-term brand health
Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights, NPD, Operations, Sales and Finance partners to bring product renovation and line extension projections from ideation to post-launch evaluation, balancing consumer needs, business objectives and operational feasibility
Partner with the broader Marketing team to build integrated marketing launch plans to support launch of new products in market
Leverage insights and analytics to evaluate performance, diagnose challenges, and inform future strategies for growth and efficiency
Qualification
Required
2-4 years experience in marketing, brand or related role
Experience with leveraging data and insights (e.g. Syndicated sources such as Nielsen/IRI) to drive decision-making
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally
Highly organized with strong program management and multitasking skills, adaptable to changing business needs
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing
Preferred
Consumer Package Goods (CPG) experience preferred but not required
Masters/ MBA with concentration in Marketing degree preferred
