Responsibilities
Lead the full life cycle of large, complex projects ($100M+) from preconstruction through closeout
Drive schedule, cost, quality, and safety with authority, not bureaucracy
Build and lead elite project teams (PMs, Superintendents, engineers)
Serve as the primary interface with owners, architects, and trade partners
Anticipate risk, solve problems early, and keep projects moving forward
Bring clarity to chaos and accountability to execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience managing large commercial construction projects
Personally led projects north of $100M
Understands how to lead people, not just processes
Is decisive, calm under pressure, and respected in the field and boardroom
Wants long-term runway, not a lateral move
Preferred
Experience in aviation/airport projects and/or high-rise construction
