Monitor meat yields and identify variances or trim loss
Administer daily repack operations and inventory adjustments
Reconcile physical counts with system inventory
Support production workflow and reduce rework or errors
Generate basic yield and inventory reports

Qualification

Meat production experienceMeat yields knowledgeInventory systemsProduce Pro ERPAttention to detail

Required

Hands-on meat production, cutting, or processing experience
Working knowledge of meat yields and production accuracy
Comfortable working in inventory and production systems
Strong attention to detail and operational awareness

Preferred

Produce Pro or similar ERP experience
Repack, packaging, or warehouse coordination background
