Responsibilities
Manage inbound client inquiries (phone, email, website)
Own the client engagement process through signed proposal
Conduct intake conversations and follow-up with prospective clients
Coordinate pricing and service scope with the Managing Partner
Prepare and issue proposals using firm templates
Track proposals, signatures, and onboarding handoff
Prepare and issue firm invoices
Respond to routine billing questions
Provide executive assistant support to the Managing Partner (calendar, communications, follow-ups)
Qualification
Required
Experience in a CPA firm, law firm, or professional services firm is required
Client-facing experience (sales, intake, account management, or operations)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Professional judgment and discretion
Preferred
Sales or inbound client intake experience
Proposal preparation or contract coordination
Billing or professional services administration
Executive assistant or senior administrative support experience
