They are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join their high-growth sales organization, focusing on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and closing net-new business.

Responsibilities

Generate Vertically-Specific Leads Identify and prospect high-value opportunities within assigned vertical markets (e.g., automotive, travel, retail, etc.). Develop and execute vertical outreach campaigns, leveraging Site Impact’s data and marketing tools
Build & Manage Pipeline Create, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients from first contact to signed contract. Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM
Close New Logos & Drive New Revenue Deliver compelling solution presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals
Transition to Account Management Seamlessly hand off closed accounts to the Client Services/Account Management team for onboarding and long-term success. Provide clear documentation and insights to ensure a smooth transition
Collaborate & Grow Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Services to provide market feedback and drive continual improvement. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualification

B2B Sales ExperienceCRM ProficiencyMarketing Technology KnowledgeLead GenerationCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Consistent achievement of or surpassing of sales quotas
3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in digital media, SaaS, or marketing technology
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage C-level executives and decision makers
Skilled at managing a sales cycle from lead generation through close, with disciplined CRM usage
Hungry, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuit of new business
Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where ideas are welcomed and execution is key

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing/advertising solutions and digital performance metrics a plus
