Responsibilities
Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with production ramp-up and long-term growth
Build and manage supplier relationships, including qualification, performance management, and risk mitigation
Drive cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and supply continuity across critical components and subsystems
Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance to support program execution
Implement scalable MRP/ERP processes, forecasting models, and KPI-driven performance tracking
Manage and develop a growing supply chain and procurement team
Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks in a space-qualified hardware environment
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in supply chain or operations within aerospace, space, or complex hardware manufacturing
Strong understanding of low-volume, high-complexity production environments
Experience scaling supply chains for growth-stage or startup companies
Track record of supplier negotiation and cost control
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
