Haynes International is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Management Engineer to support process performance improvements through equipment layout and continuous processes. The role involves managing projects, improving capabilities, and ensuring effective communication between various departments.

Responsibilities

Layout, design, acquire parts and manage new projects and equipment upgrades

Drive improvements in our Capability and Technology of critical processes

Serve as bridge between maintenance, production, engineering and technical when working on projects. Success is in part determined by:

Projects completed on time and within budget

Added productivity out of processes (quality pounds added), reduction in downtime and quality related costs

Adherence to cost, schedule, performance of shutdowns and outages

Good plans in place for all outages and good communication of those plans

Capex program planned and executed with a focus on reducing unsecured critical spares

Support of Superintendent and General Superintendents in performing shop needs
