Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and assist them with the check-in process, including verifying their identification

Monitor the testing center regularly, performing security checks to ensure compliance with testing protocols

Conduct periodic walkthroughs of the testing area to prevent prohibited activities and uphold testing standards

Provide guidance to test-takers on rules and procedures, ensuring they understand the requirements

Check for unauthorized materials such as calculators, notes, or electronic devices prior to testing

Use computer systems and applications to manage web-based testing processes efficiently

Perform light administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the testing center

Address any issues or questions from test-takers promptly and in a courteous manner

Ensure the testing environment is clean, organized, and conducive to focus

Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and security

Qualification

Required

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role

Proficiency with computer applications and web-based platforms

Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce testing rules consistently

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with test-takers

Ability to perform frequent physical movements, including walking and standing for extended periods

Familiarity with identity verification processes and security protocols

Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment

Flexibility to work on Monday and Saturday as required
