Responsibilities
Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives using OneStream to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight
Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution design, including dimensional models, business rules, workflows, and data integrations
Own and support the full OneStream implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader finance transformation objectives
Develop clear documentation, training materials, and user enablement to support successful adoption
Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and OneStream capabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong experience delivering planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions using OneStream
Solid understanding of EPM concepts and financial planning processes
Proven ability to lead end-to-end OneStream implementations from design through deployment
Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, system-enabled solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience working in consultancy or fast-paced project environments is a plus
