Responsibilities

The go-to person for customer's technical contacts
Engage in customer’s new project development by suggesting products and solutions. Provide necessary technical support in the whole design, validation and qualification process
Frequent customer visits for product promotion, solution discussion, training, on-site technical support and trouble-shooting etc. Out-of-town travel if necessary
Achieve design-win goal to grow the business
Proactive product promotion together with marketing and sales
Work with business units to explore new product ideas

Required

Minimum BSc in Electrical Engineering – Major in power electronic is an advantage
> 3 years hands-on analog hardware design experience
Solid knowledge of power converter topologies, power switches and passive components
Familiar with high power multi-phase PWM controller, PMIC, smart power stage, point-of-load regulator, eFuse or hotswap controller
Business oriented mindset
Good Communicator, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
Strong people and network skills
Willing to travel
Independent contributor but also a team player

Preferred

Knowledge with power architect in computer, industrial equipment, data center or AI factory is an advantage
Field Application Engineering experience is a plus but not essential
