Macallan Construction specializes in the distribution and retail sales of premium windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships within the residential construction and light commercial industry.

Responsibilities

Develop new client accounts for company through cold calls, working potential customer lists that include architects, trade organizations, contractors, and subcontractors

Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers

Consultation with customers providing solutions for their projects

Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings

Continually strive for 100% satisfaction with clients

Prepare estimates for specific projects, provide product recommendations and solutions for the customer

Responsible for all sales merchandising, technical information, customer product knowledge, and evaluating the area's market needs and business conditions in your territory

Manage customer account receivables

Attend monthly sales meeting

Qualification

Required

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicle

Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, sales and Customer Service skills are necessary

Ability to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required

Preferred

Previous building material sales experience (not required)

Knowledge of building materials products highly desirable
