Administrative Assistant II - Utilities Department
The Town of Lexington is looking for a motivated individual to join their Utilities Department as an Administrative Assistant II. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, performing computer work, and supporting the operation of wastewater and distribution systems to protect public health and the environment.

Responsibilities
Greet/assist office visitors, customers, vendors & job candidates
Do computer work (generate work orders, invoices, look-up customer addresses, etc.)
Perform various paperwork and otherwise assist the operation of the wastewater & distribution systems with the top priority of protecting public health and the environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Three to four years of general secretarial and/or administrative experience
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities
