Qualification
Required
be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and basic physical exam
seek excellence in care, even in the little things we do for residents
maintain professionalism in following HIPAA standards and in promoting resident dignity
be able to work independently and as part of a team
be willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred
Prior experience as a professional caregiver for seniors
Similar experience (e.g. helping a senior family member, caregiving for a different age group)
