Design, development, and launch of electrical components and systems
Continuous improvement including cost reduction and reliability improvement actions
Innovation and technology roadmap development
Working integrally with the broader engineering team
Hands on collaboration with Manufacturing and Procurement Team Members
Hands on collaboration with key suppliers
Qualification
Required
BS EE, MS EE Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong project management skills, with excellent follow-up skills
Problem solver – adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues
Detailed-orientated
Strategic thinker
Proficient in AutoCad or Autodesk Inventor
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Experience working in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries preferred
Knowledge and/or experience in the vehicle industry a plus
