Responsibilities

Conduct research to support strategic planning and program development
Build and organize local stakeholder lists for identified target public, private, and academic industry sectors
Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to provide insights and topical opportunities to engage locally
Help the delivery of the San Francisco strategic workplan, which includes program structures, timelines, attendee profiles, milestones, and deliverables
Identify logistical requirements for networking events, workshops, learning journeys, and topic-based meetings and convenings
Work with the Hospitality & Operations Team for program execution and onsite delivery fulfilment
Draft presentations specific to audience engagement profiles
Prepare briefing notes, documentation of outcomes, and impact stories
Assist with tracking programme admin and budget including expenses
Provide research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement support to other teams as needed

Required

Ability to work on site 3 days per week per company policy
This role is not eligible for relocation or work authorization support
Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at the San Francisco World Economic Forum office

Experience in research, data analytics, event or program coordination, and hospitality; adaptable to changing needs
