Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for customer issues related to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence / Fusion AI Data Platform (FDI/FAIDP)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems involving dashboards, data models, pipelines, BI Publisher, RPD modeling, and semantic layers
Diagnose issues related to data ingestion, ETL/ELT processes, FDI pipelines, orchestration jobs, and data refresh failures
Analyze log files, error messages, and system performance metrics to identify root causes
Work closely with Oracle Fusion Applications teams to understand data flows, subject areas, KPIs, and data lineage
Support customers in configuring and optimizing OAC and FDI features, including data modeling, visualization, and pipeline orchestration
Collaborate with product development teams by documenting defects, enhancement requests, and providing actionable insights
Guide customers through best practices for security, performance tuning, and data governance
Prepare knowledge articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation
Ensure SLA compliance and deliver high-quality communication throughout the support lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in a technical support or analytics engineering role
Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – dashboards, RPD modeling, data visualization
Hands-on experience with Fusion Data Intelligence / Fusion AI Data Platform (FDI/FAIDP) – pipelines, transformations, orchestration
Hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing, and performance tuning
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Object Storage, Data Integration, and Autonomous Database
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
Strong collaboration and cross-team communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Experience Supporting Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, SCM, ERP, CX)
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and data integrations
Python or scripting experience for debugging and automation
Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., MOS, ServiceNow, Jira)
Oracle certifications in OAC or FDI

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
