Responsibilities

Analyze, develop and lead the execution of efficient and cost-effective project plans for system design within limited area of responsibility

Assist with project plan by gathering, analyzing and making recommendations based on technical input. Limited coordination with Business Analyst throughout project lifecycle

Be the subject matter expert within limited area of responsibility

Maintain a mutual understanding of project direction with project team

Balance project priorities and ensure deadlines are met

Design technical solutions by interfacing with internal resources within limited area of responsibility

Create and maintain supporting documentation for application features and functions

Assist in the design and development of high-level functional requirements for enhancements of applications, products, and services

Develop, maintain and support entry level programs to meet specifications within limited area of responsibility

Analyze and create efficient data structures

Build an understanding of relationships and interfaces

Conduct analysis and testing to identify program errors

Analyze and improve application performance

Unit test and implement the application, product, and/or service within limited area of responsibility as well as provide support throughout project lifecycle

Assist in defining detailed test plan and acceptance criteria

Participate in problem definition, analysis, and development of solutions

Provide quality assurance

May provide leadership to junior staff through guidance and training

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Application development experience utilizing Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, C# (Academic experience accepted)

Web development experience utilizing AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
