Responsibilities
Lead the creation of high-impact visual concepts for brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and digital experiences
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across channels, ensuring cohesive brand expression
Provide art direction for photography, video, illustration, and creative production
Design digital assets including landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and presentation materials
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape creative strategy with strong conceptual ideas
Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of work
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously inspire and innovate
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a visual, brand, or multidisciplinary designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, brand, art direction, and digital design
Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually striking concepts
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and storytelling
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate decisions clearly
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to execution
A visually creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and strong conceptual approaches
Someone who cares deeply about craft, detail, and delivering beautiful, purposeful work
A flexible team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Preferred
motion or 3D skills are a plus
Experience working on digital products or within product teams is highly desirable
