Responsibilities
Own end-to-end development of core product areas: roadmap, specification, implementation, quality, rollout, iteration
Collaborate directly with founders to set priorities and ship quickly
Engage with customers to understand pain points, prototype solutions, and drive production outcomes
Establish early engineering culture and technical standards
Build scalable systems and internal tooling for a growing engineering team
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of production software engineering experience at a fast-growing company
Strong CS fundamentals and full-stack development experience
Experience building products from 0→1 and operating in production
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
