Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries
Manage the client engagement process through signed proposal
Conduct intake conversations and maintain follow-up with prospective clients
Coordinate pricing and service scope with the Managing Partner
Prepare and issue proposals using firm templates and service packages
Track pipeline activity, proposals, and onboarding handoffs
Prepare and issue firm invoices and respond to routine billing questions
Provide executive assistant support to the Managing Partner, including scheduling, communications, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Experience in a CPA firm, law firm, or professional services firm
Client-facing experience (sales, intake, account management, or operations)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort discussing fees and engagement terms with clients
Professional judgment and discretion
Preferred
Sales or inbound intake experience
Proposal or contract coordination experience
Billing or professional services administration
Executive assistant or senior administrative support experience
